Dear Parents:
Pope John Paul II constantly reiterated that parents are the primary educators of their children. We at St. John are proud to help you in this most essential activity. Please take the time to read this brochure, which highlights some of the important points in our school handbook. Here we provide you with what you can expect from us, and some concrete ways that you can help us to prepare your children to be educated. There are also important facts, policies, procedures, and dates that will be useful to refer to throughout the year.
We are grateful that you have entrusted your child(ren) to us and all of us on staff are looking forward to a great year!
- Fr. Phil

An important aim of Catholic education is the Christian development of the person. Discipline is necessary for that development. It is important that students learn to get along with others and to respect one another. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the rights, privileges, and safety of others. Students are encouraged to develop good habits such as courtesy, respect, kindness, helpfulness, cooperation, responsibility and sound study habits. Self-discipline is a goal for each student.
